Unpleasantly, the air conditioning in my room did not work properly, causing uncomfortable temperatures throughout the night. I faced a major inconvenience as it was particularly hot, with no resolution offered by the staff, who seemed unhelpful and disinterested. The spa facilities were underwhelming, as the sauna was cold and not inviting, and I had high expectations given the hotel's reputation.

the hotel was in an unbeatable position just off malatya for business's or pleasure, and the mall. it also was how to serve raki in which area.

Efficient staff and well-maintained place. High standard, brand-new room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath robes. The view from the window to the green park. Location close enough to nearby sites of historical/tourist interest, the biggest shopping centre and Malatya for business's or pleasure.

Chilling in Malatya 🏞️
The spa area was on point with a lovely hammam experience. Plus, the rooftop view while dining was fine!
Brekkie could've been better, felt a bit lacking compared to what I've had elsewhere.

Breakfast: large selection, will plan more time next time, next time I really want to enjoy the cheese counter with local delicacies. Bed: huge
I didn't notice that I booked without breakfast. I would be glad if I could be made aware of this again during the reservation process. But I got a table in the big breakfast room without any problems.

During my stay as a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious Standard Double Room, which was quite modern. I really liked how close the hotel was to the Malatya kultur evi, making it easy for me to explore the cultural site. The rooftop restaurant provided an impressive view while dining, adding a special touch to my evenings. the air-conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, and it made my stay less comfortable than I hoped for.

The room was spacious and quite modern. It had comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed the Turkish Bath experience which added a unique touch to my stay. Breakfast featured a rich buffet with a variety of options, though some days it reminded me of they fell short on the hot selections. The restaurant on the 18th floor offered fine views while dining was good. The air conditioning needed to be more effective, as it struggled during the hot evenings. The staff provided friendly service, contributing positively to the atmosphere. I appreciated the proximity to local shopping and the market, with easy access to everything.
